Dengan menggunakan teori wacana, secara lebih spesifik, studi ini berupaya membongkar antagonisme-antagonisme yang diformulasikan di dalam wacana Hasan Tiro dan mengeksplorasi logika perbedaan dan persamaan dalam memformulasikan wacana hegemonik yang didasarkan atas satu nsionalisme lokal, Aceh.in EnglishThis book basically applies discourse analysis to profoundly explore and describe the process of how Aceh’s (or ‘Acheh’in GAM’s perspective) political identity has been shaped, how it has been constructed and transformed, and upon what factors all fundamental arguments has been mobilized towards the political discourse of Hasan Tiro, the top leader of the Aceh Independence Movement. By this means, this book specifically attempts to dismantle the antagonisms formulated in Hasan Tiro’s discourses, and explores the logic of equivalence in the formulation of a hegemonic discourse based upon a new local nationalism in Aceh.
